Coldwater Custom’s owner Randy Coppock gave the body his loving attention. As you can see by the date-code thingy on the photo, this was shot on March 3, 1998, only two months before the car was ready to make the 3,000-mile jaunt of the Power Tour. And also notice that the Barts Works suspension and Baer brakes aren’t installed yet. That was done in early April, in front of the Hot Rod TV cameras.
